We provide a comprehensive design and manufacturing service in aluminium, stainless steel and injection moulded plastic forms. We serve the construction, electronics and medical sectors at present, and are always seeking other avenues where our skills may be of value.

We have the very latest automated cutting and processing equipment that will turn around components quickly and economically; our in-house tool room allows us to make, maintain and modify tooling for optimum quality and economy.

Our design experience is always available; we're happy to take on a full design and develop brief including confidential patent work, or simply offer advice when things go wrong.

We can extrude special aluminium extrusion sections weighing just 0.012kg/m with walls as thin as 0.5mm. We also supply a huge range of standard profile extrusions and offer a comprehensive range of machining and assembly combined with full powder coating and plating service.

Competitively priced and available in any quantity our high quality aluminium extrusion profiles are used in many sectors across the globe. Our customers range from one man engineering shops to some of the biggest multi-nationals. Aventix’s flexibility and responsiveness has made us particularly useful in product design, research and development where design and development engineers have found our quick turnaround, no minimum order service invaluable for prototyping and one-off projects, which require small minimum quantities and a quick lead-time. Once approved, bulk production and delivery is quickly fulfilled, as the die is already made and ready.
